As a member of a project team I support all commercial and technical activities of the assigned projects. Detailed descriptions as follows: - Support effective project management to meet customer documentation, delivery and performance requirements. - Support structure for proper order handling a. Review of customer purchase order and specifications b. Contact for all customer correspondence c. Follow the schedule for timely project execution in regards to customer and manufacturing requirements d. Attend team design reviews - Attend customer kickoff meetings after order receipt and first drawing submittal incl. international travel commitments. - Technical responsibility for system execution. This includes: a. Review the order book and customer specifications b. Coordination with external departments to insure proper project execution, incl. issuing Inspection and Test Plans, consulting with senior specialists, checking of sub-supplier offers, coordination customer inspections and visits c. Coordination with manual department for a timely issue of the manual and quality dossier d. Responsibility for drawings and bills of material e. Verification of design calculations, etc.
