Proud to be in the meat industry since 1995. Throughout the years, I have gained considerable export and procurement experience, working with all three main animal proteins (beef, pork, and poultry). Main focus of my career in the meat industry has been export sales, as well as LATAM procurement for a number of markets around the globe. Started our own firm in 2005 where we specialized in sourcing animal proteins in the Mercosur region, as well as the export sales development for a number of midsize companies. From Mexico, all the way to Argentina, I have had the pleasure to conduct business and meet great people in almost every country. Our main markets have been the Far East, West Africa, and Brazil.
