Project: M&T Bank Stadium Renovations - Managed RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders to support timely coordination between design teams, trade partners, and field operations. - Supported project closeout by organizing turnover documentation and validating final deliverables. - Maintained updated architectural drawings in Procore to ensure field teams were working from the latest design information. - Collaborated on resolving field/design scope gaps by identifying discrepancies and aligning solutions with superintendents and subcontractors. - Captured and organized OpenSpace site documentation to provide accurate visual records for progress tracking, QA/QC, and coordination. - Facilitated subcontractor communication by providing translation when needed to ensure accurate, timely information flow between trade partners and GBCo personnel. - Assisted in scheduling Safe Start Orientations to establish subcontractor safety compliance for project site access. - Assisted in the procurement of Construction Contingency reports to be delivered to the Owner Representative. - Procured SCOs to assist subcontractor proper billing for monthly draw dates. - Identified, documented, and tracked progress of punch-list items and notified trades to pass final inspections and project turnover date. - Mentor for a Construction Intern I for the Maryland Intern Mentorship Program - Affiliated with Building Dynamic Builders Program - Part of the GYP and HOLA groups
