Management Trainee Course • On the job training in a rotation of departments –Clocktower restaurant, Conference and Banqueting, Hotel reception, Golf Club and Rudding Holiday Park. Throughout the management trainee course I gathered a good sense of how Rudding Park runs as a business. • I gained an outstanding amount of knowledge from working in the departments listed above. This has given me the ability to work in the Reservations team. The knowledge I have about the Business as a whole means I can answer almost all queries guests have and offer first-hand knowledge of Rudding Parks facilities.
