I am an experienced Laboratory Technician with a background in quality control. I received my Bachelor's degree in Biology with an emphasis in Microbiology and Immunology from UC Merced. I am aspiring to expand my skillset and knowledge in the health sciences.
Worked as a laboratory technician within the Quality team supporting lot release, IQC, testing for process development, R&D testing, root cause analysis and other development activities. Performed seven processes under BSL-1 and BSL-2 conditions allowing sixteen different lot release and quality control of 80,000 to 120,000 units of product per lot. Trained four new hires in seven processes for lot release and quality control, resulting in quadruple of the lots released. Supported root-cause investigations related to nonconformance reports. Strong understanding of work instructions used for lot release and developed improved work instructions to increase clarification and understanding to new hires.
