As part of the exec team, I led Global Partnerships, Alliances, International Revenue teams, and GTM Enablement. Focus areas: - Talent Acquisition: Recruited exceptional talent across all levels and teams, significantly strengthening our capabilities. Partnerships & GTM: - NVIDIA: Established a world-class partnership with NVIDIA, resulting in product integration across their portfolio, broad-scale go-to-market, venture investment, and widespread internal adoption. - Hyperscalers, ISVs: Developed top-tier partnerships with GCP, AWS, and Azure, leading to significant net new ARR through field collaboration and marketplace integration. W&B was awarded GCP AI/GenAI Partner of the Year in 2023 and 2024 and was a finalist for AWS' and Azure's AI Partner of the Year. Other partnerships include CoreWeave, Snowflake, Together.ai, SAP, Run.ai. - GenAI/LLM partnerships: Partnered with and developed API & fine-tuning integrations for OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Cohere, Mistral, Meta. - Channel & SIs: Launched a Channel & Systems Integrator program to onboard partners capable of providing reach and expert services around W&B and the broader AI stack. - International GTM: Architected W&B international presence by aggressively hiring teams in the UK, Germany, Japan, and Korea, growing the business to account for >1/3 of ARR in less than 2 yrs. Launched LLM leaderboards benchmarking forontier Japanese, Korean, and German models, which have generated broad awareness of W&B in new markets. - GTM Enablement: Lead enablement to upskill our sales teams, drive productivity, accelerate onboarding, and improve AE productivity and overall success.

    DataRobot pioneered automated machine learning and continuously expanded its platform to cover the entire AI lifecycle for enterprise customers like Bank of America, Citibank, and Warner Bros. DataRobot's efforts democratized AI well beyond ML teams, reaching into the line of business. As part of the executive team, I held global responsibility for all partnerships and our industry go-to-market (GTM) teams. During my tenure, we scaled the business from $10m to $100m in ARR. Key Achievements: - Built Partner Program & Channel: Developed and operationalized a partner program and team, contributing to one-third of ARR within two years. - GSIs: Established key relationships with GSI and management consulting firms, including Deloitte, Accenture, Slalom, and BCG. - Industry GTM Leadership: Recruited and led a team of industry experts responsible for GTM strategy, planning, and partnerships for the largest industries at DataRobot. - M&A: Sourced strategic acquisitions (Cursor, ParallelM, and BCG Source.ai) to enhance DataRobot’s end-to-end enterprise AI capabilities. - Engaged in board-level, capital-raising, and public-facing activities, including headlining the company keynote at the annual user conference and leading executive product briefings.

    As part of the Executive team at Alteryx, I was responsible for global partnerships and alliances and spearheaded our international expansion efforts. Over four years, I played a pivotal role in scaling the business from 200 customers to over 3000 customers, achieving $200 million in ARR. Key Achievements: - Re-engineered GTM Strategy: transformed the product positioning and go-to-market motion to a bottoms-up, land-and-expand approach. - Built Partner Ecosystem: Established and grew a partner ecosystem (ISV, Channel, GSI) from the ground up, contributing 75% of new logos by the time of IPO. This included forging the company-defining partnership with Tableau, making Alteryx synonymous with Tableau. - Operationalized Partner Channel: Recruited and operationalized a robust partner channel, resulting in one-third of new ARR and 44% of logos upon IPO. This included top partners from the Tableau and Qlik partner networks and a long tail of others. - International Expansion: Led Alteryx’s international expansion efforts in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, which accounted for more than half of the new logos at IPO. Executed Joint Ventures: Executed exclusive joint ventures with international master resellers to establish Alteryx entities outside the US, covering regions like Australia/NZ, Denmark, and Hong Kong. These agreements included buy-back options and were an efficient mechanism to drive international expansion without significant investment. Alteryx subsequently acquired Alteryx Australia in 2018. - Helped to drive corporate strategy and M&A efforts and ultimately acquired and integrated Yhat (MLOps) and Semanta (Data Catalog).
