Drawing from his background as a Senior HR Business Partner in a restructured public healthcare institution in Singapore, Sean has led large-scale medical hiring and developed sustainable talent pipelines in a highly competitive market. Beyond operations, Sean is deeply involved in driving strategic initiatives, including digital transformation, patient acquisition models, and partnership development across insurers, corporates, and regional networks. Woodlands Health Campus is a new Public Healthcare Institute targeting to open in year 2022 with 1800 beds. This brand new hospital will consist of new model of care with the innovation of technology to achieve lean manpower ratio across the nation. Reporting to Chief of Human Resources to manage the Medical Group, consisting of the high-skilled workforce: Specialist Doctors and Non-Specialist Doctors (above 50 additional headcounts per year). Involved in the full spectrum of Human Resources (Primary focus: Talent Acquisition (50% of the time); Secondary: Talent Management/Compensation & Benefits/Employee Relation/etc.)
Direct Reporting to Head of Regional Marketing and accountable for Indonesian revenue for 4 hospitals in Singapore (Mount Elizabeth Orchard, Mount Elizabeth Novena, Gleneagles, Parkway East). Responsible for achieving divisional forecasted sales objectives, maintaining and growing base business, adoption of each new hospitals direction as well as getting the channel partners aligned around common goals and objectives that support the hospital vision and mission
1. Identified and successfully penetrated the Malaysian healthcare market by grooming our first partner to secure an SGD X.X million dollar consultancy project with Malaysia hospital. 2. Achieved a Million Dollar Club member status for year 2013, 2014. 3. Engineered an impressive turn-around for a channel partner from #20 rank in 2013 to #10 in 2014, with 78% year-on-year increase in revenue 4. Review and implement new marketing strategies with 50% reduction in marketing budget for year 2014 5. Customized analysis of patient data for the hospital.
