The Hamburg Designers community is an initiative I founded in 2019, to create a space where Designers in Hamburg, Germany could go to connect, get empowered, and be inspired. Designed clinical software across cardiology, radiology, and AI diagnostics. Led product design for structural heart disease treatment tools (SINUS), next-generation radiology platforms (Syngo Carbon Space), and commercial AI-powered diagnostic solutions (Radiology as a Service). ✦ Defined product-wide standards for communicating AI indicators and LLM insights to clinicians across multiple touchpoints ✦ Led design efforts that reduced time to diagnosis for lung nodules through intuitive workflow optimisation ✦ Improving image fusion workflows and interfaces aligning multiple modalities for improved cathlab efficiency ✦ Built internal design culture through knowledge bases, cross-team share-out sessions and workshops ✦ Launched first internal AI Prompt Battle to drive experimentation culture
