Product lead for multiple flagship Quest VR headset and input device programs across Meta’s Reality Labs division. Managed end-to-end product lifecycles for hardware and software, captaining 100+ person XFNs across engineering, design, finance, legal, content, and go-to-market teams. Quest 3S - Led the Quest 3S product from initial concept to global launch in 18 months, achieving P25 TCPU targets and delivering >$1B in topline revenue. Drove all HW architecture decisions, managed leadership escalations, and coordinated tiger teams across visual quality, battery performance, SoC power optimization, and industrial design. Quest 3S earned an average review score of 87.6, Editors’ Choice designations from CNET, Engadget, and Mashable. Inputs - Owned the VR input device roadmap spanning controllers, hand tracking, and multiple next-generation input accessories. Drove hand tracking improvements that contributed to +15% opt-in rate, +22% participation rate, and –40% opt-out rate. Founded the Hands Content cross-functional team and directly led funding of 6 new hands-first store titles totaling $3.5M. Scouted and greenlit indie studio partnerships. Developed the Hands KPI framework adopted across Reality Labs for measuring input modality success.
Led product for both Skydio 2, the world’s first fully autonomous consumer drone, and Autonomy Enterprise Foundation, Skydio’s first AI SaaS product for commercial autonomy. Owned the full end-to-end customer experience of both the mobile app (iOS and Android) as well as physical interactions with the product itself. Grew customer base and revenue >10x while maintaining a 65+ NPS score and executed a transition from packaged products to a recurring software revenue model.
Led game design for Criminal Empire, a mid-core asynchronous empire building and squad combat game on iOS and Android. Responsible for all gameplay features and systems while managing a team of 5 content, combat, and systems designers.
Joined as first non-technical hire (employee #8), leading product and interaction design on all three Anki consumer products, (DRIVE, Overdrive & COZMO), which ranked top 3 in Amazon’s ”Toys and Games” category for Christmas season three years in a row. Owned the full end-to-end customer experience of all three products across both the apps (iOS and Android) as well as direct interactions with the robots themselves. Generated over $100mm+ in direct consumer sales revenue while delivering an 85+ NPS score.
