Escalate urgent matters to ensure prompt resolution. • Proactively coordinate meetings, including scheduling and logistics. Ordering food based on 1st hand experience with the caterers and in regards to budgeting. • Facilitate executive travel arrangements, including domestic and international air, hotel, and car reservations. • Act as eyes and ears in the office, handling issues before they become problems that would require executive’s time.
• Supported the CIO and 6 Senior Directors. • Google Calendar management with little input. • Concur approvals for all Leads, expense reports and travel • Expedited contracts through Coupa and manage PO’s for IT Department. • Managed 90 Contractors by creating positions in Workday and extending deadlines when necessary. Identified issues in Workday and issued tickets through Zendesk to fix. • On boarded direct hires, including Provisioning in Yep2 and made sure hardware arrived. • Worked the back end of Concur and Workday to setup workflow and receive delegated tasks. • Setup Zoom calls for direct reports over both coasts and India. • Created All Hands Presentation decks, including games to keep people interested.
