Currently working as a Product Marketing Manager for Inception, a G42 company, based in the UAE. My previous positions have included Product Marketing Manager roles at Microsoft and Virgin Media O2 Business focussing on productivity tools such as Office 365 and unified communications products such as Microsoft Operator Connect, Unified Recording and SIP Trunking.
I manage Inception’s growing portfolio of AI products, driving positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market strategy across diverse offerings. I build and oversee a wide range of marketing collateral—from pitch decks, videos, and infographics to sales enablement content such as AI-generated podcasts. I also create demos and event activations to showcase our products in action. As the brand custodian for Inception, I established and shaped the company’s brand identity, developing its initial content and ensuring consistency across all channels. I create executive-level presentations and briefing packs, conduct competitor research, and define clear product value propositions to support growth and differentiation in the market.
At Core42, I led a comprehensive website redesign, creating and refining content while managing agency partnerships for design execution. I established the company’s brand tone of voice and style guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. I supported with product launches, developing value propositions, buyer personas, and use cases, while also building sales enablement resources including battlecards, sales decks, and an overall corporate presentation. Additionally, I streamlined content sharing and vendor collaboration processes, improving efficiency, time management, and data security.
Owned and managed the Voice, Unified Communications and Productivity Portfolio, defined product positioning and worked with Product Managers to launch new products in the market. Built customer facing content such as product sheets, webpages and presentations, initially working with a creative agency and then moved to writing copy and designing content myself. Developed sales enablement content such as playbooks and battle cards to support sales teams better understand new and existing products.
Responsible for internal and external accessibility strategy for a Microsoft Gold Partner, empowering customers to adopt a more inclusive culture. Defined accessibility offerings and created activities, presentations, and guides to run accessibility workshops. Conducted audience research and collaborated with local stakeholders to culturally adapt content for the United Arab Emirates market. Delivered over 150 customer sessions and workshops on accessibility, wellbeing and Microsoft 365 for government, commercial and education customers. Showcased Hable’s approach to accessibility by writing blogs, leading video case study projects, and engaging with partners on initiatives. Achieved Disability Confident Leader status at Hable by implementing new practices and processes to create a more inclusive workplace.
Responsible for executing marketing activities and sales enablement, empowering customers to optimise their productivity solutions and increasing application usage rates. Provided sales teams with weekly data insights to target customers effectively, through Power BI. Continued to orchestrate the Office 365 product's presence at large events, managing key partner involvement. Owned the demonstration and partner stand at the quarterly Microsoft 365 Club event, recruited employees to have customer conversations, managed logistics such as sourcing partner devices, setup the stand and engaged in customer conversations. Executed the MOD Squad project, creating a community of over 180 salespeople, alongside organising training sessions reaching over 250 employees and curating content for community members. Developed and delivered engaging sales training programs on advanced Office 365 features. Played a key role in the creation of the first Virtual Microsoft 365 Club, organised recording sessions and edited video content, over 1,200 customers registered for the sessions. Coordinated the Education Outreach Program, providing free Office 365 training to universities during Covid-19.
Worked across the Office 365 Business Group supporting with marketing activities in various sectors. Coordinated each monthly studio recording of the SMB Talking 365 webinar series, producing content, managing logistics and appearing as an interview guest when required. Organised the Office 365 product's presence at large events, including Future Decoded, UC EXPO and BETT. Decreased my department’s expense in purchasing merchandise for sales by £22,000 in 2 years by creating and managing a merchandise webstore, leaving more funds for other marketing activity. Supported in the the UK launch of Microsoft Teams, delivering product demonstrations to journalists and facilitating internal communications. Delivered Microsoft Surface demonstrations to key figures such as the chancellor of the exchequer. Became the youngest person ever to lead the internal events team for GetOn, a programme created to inspire young people into careers in technology. Organised and led over 50 events for school children in the local area, reaching over 3,000 students.
