As a National Account Manager, it is my primary responsibility to build and maintain strong relationships with my customers by serving as a primary point of contact between my customer and the company through customer support, technical support, planning and optimization for the account. I take a personal interest in the success of my clients organization and through business analysis, help to identify ways to enhance growth, manage change, improve productivity, mitigate risk, or reduce total cost of ownership with an array of products and services exclusively available to our customers.
I advise clients on how to best utilize the latest available technologies in mobility to help companies accomplish their goals. This can include basic wireless solutions utilizing the latest smartphones and tablets, empowering mobile workforces, and complex machine to machine applications including asset tracking and asset management. Whether assisting new startup companies or fortune 500 companies, my focus is to help the client gain the competitive advantage needed in today’s market. When companies work with me, they can come to expect expertise in the following areas: • All core wireless and wireline elements necessary to run a business, including wireless back-up. • Digital forms and signature capture to increase efficiency and accountability. • Fleet dispatching and managing mobile sales force (mobile timekeeping, driver behavior, IFTA, driver logs, etc) • Digital signage, mobile marketing and customer information capture.
