Work Description • Overview TNB Projects Slope Protection – • Scope of works are doing soil nails, nail heads, doing guniting jobs, infrastructure work such as berm drains, cascade drain systems, etc • Manages day-to-day operation at jobsite eg. site preparation, site materials, site access, work progress etc. • Collaboration daily safety toolbox, housekeeping, ensure workers follow correct work procedures with site safety supervisor • Conduct regular meeting with site engineers to comply TNB safety procedure and ensure workers work in a safe condition environments. • Conduct regular meeting with TNB on work program, monthly work progress, and safety compliances on each work site. • Doing monthly submission workdone to Client and ensure Client is satisfied with our work and certified our claim submission. • Ensured our claim submitted in the TNB system.
• Overview TNB Overhead Line Project – OHL 132kV PMU Sultan Yusuf Power station (SYPS) – PMU Sultan Idris Power Station (SIHY) Tower Replacement. • Scope of work are constructing foundation piles for each tower, dismantle existing tower, install new tower on completed foundation piles, stringing of new conductor for new tower. • Manages day to day operation at jobsite eg. site preparation, site materials, site access, work progress etc. • Collaboration daily safety tool box, housekeeping, ensure workers follow correct work procedures with site safety supervisor • Conduct regular meeting with site engineers to comply TNB safety procedure and ensure workers work in a safe condition environments. • Conduct regular meeting with TNB on work program, monthly work progress, and safety compliances on each work site.
• To do sales report to Operation Manager on weekly basic. • Prepare sales quotation for local and oversea clients • To do repair report, repair recommendation and sales quotation for in- house overhaul job. • Collaboration and monitor in-house repair jobs such as kellybar, tools repair. • Overview Customer Service team consist of service team, in-house repair jobs, in-house overhaul jobs, spare parts sales, arrangement of commission & assemble new machines or equipment, and payment collection. • Overview and handle customer service team in Thailand. • Do reporting to Managing Director on weekly basic. • Monitor daily service team operation outfield operation • Monitor daily in-house overhaul jobs operation • Collaboration and monitor in-house repair jobs such as kellybar, KDK, main winch etc • For in-house overhaul, to prepare repair recommendation, repair offer quotation, pricing negotiation and payment term before work commerce. • Payment collection and negotiation for payment term. Achievements : • Payment collection and negotiation for payment term. • Collaboration and monitor spare delivery from Germany to specific client’s place.
Running daily job on site for infrastructure project inclusive of bore piles, M&E, road diversion , street lighting & etc
