As a Software Implementation Manager for Symplicity Corporation, I was responsible for the project management and implementation of their CSM, ACCESS and ADVOCATE GME products for higher education institutions across APAC. My role entails managing software implementation projects by taking clients through business process discovery and mapping sessions, system configuration, training and testing, with the goal of delivering an enjoyable onboarding experience, strategically configured systems and successful project outcomes to budget and deadlines. Roubler’s end to end Scheduling and Payroll Management software offers businesses the ability to onboard, manage, roster and pay their workforce from one easy to use platform. As their most experienced Australian based Project and Account Manager, I was responsible for project management and software implementation for new clients across the region.
