Started in Aviation studying ground operations in 2009 before moving on to my first employer where I spent nearly 12 years primarily in Ramp Operations and Load Control / Operations departments. During my career I have spent time in charter/freighter operations, baggage services, cargo operations as well as being a customer service supervisor on a relief basis. I have excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications and am involved in the collection and reporting of KPIs to SLA agreements and taking part in audits as part of a team.
