Reporting to the site director, managing a team of four; my role was to lead the Learning and Development team and Learning initiatives across the business, meeting the learning needs of over 1,100 employees. Duties include; - Responsible for influencing and promoting a learning culture with Covalen @ Client Site. - Accountable for the creation and implementation of strategic L&D projects, plans and training solutions to match the program needs. - Responsible for reporting on L&D activities which will be shared with the rest of the management team. - Responsible for providing feedback and proactive suggestions to the business regarding development needs and learning innovations. - Responsible for building and maintaining end to end learning solutions ranging from new hire induction through to career development pathways and leadership development. - Creation, implementation and delivery of new & existing training solutions, content, policies & procedures for employee and management development.
