Number Management and Porting Specialist
In this role I am responsible for 2 product areas: • IPVS (IP Voice Services), a platform offering Hosted and SIP Trunking licenses. • IPX (IP Exchange) This product allows for the routing, and connection of IP Calls from a Communication Providers IP Network, to BT’s PSTN/ISDN (TDM) Network, and other Communication Providers IP Network. As a Sales Specialist it is my responsibility to drive the growth of both products, to new, and existing Wholesale customers, working with product line, Account Managers, and other areas within the business.
Supporting and proactively up skilling the Account teams in BT Wholesale on the portfolio of products and services BT offer. Attending meetings and conference calls on a daily basis with the Account Teams to understand their customer’s technical requirements, and provide a solution that best fits their business, also enabling our customers to offer a White Labelled products to market that are not only profitable, but meets their customer’s needs.
A desk based point of contact for a number of BT Wholesale Customers working with field Account Managers, also engaging System Engineers, and Product Specialists as part of a virtual team, to build a relationship with the customer and understand there business in order to help them, and BT Wholesale grow profitable revenues, this is achieved by proactively offering products and services from the BT portfolio that fit with there strategy. Responsible for delivering against own revenue targets as well as targets in customer satisfaction.
