Sean graduated from James Madison University in May 2022 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management and a Minor in Economics. Prior to joining Protiviti, Sean was an Inventory Management Intern, whose responsibilities included researching modern and more efficient inventory management software/strategies for upper management and reporting current stock levels to internal teams and customers to facilitate accuracy and product availability. With over three years of experience as a consultant at Protiviti, Sean has contributed to various projects focused on process improvement, including payroll operations analyses, payroll standard operating procedure documentation, health information management support, and job description analyses for supply chain departments. Additionally, he has worked on national benchmarking analyses, anti-money laundering investigations, and designed several process flows for client use. Sean was promoted to the position of Senior Consultant 1 in June of 2025.
