About

Originally starting out in hands-on tech roles, I worked with BAE, The MOD, the UK government and global-scale organisations on high-value projects. But my true passion lay in building connections with people and I pivoted into tech talent acquisition, using the years of experience and knowledge I had gained in the sector to help hundreds of professionals secure their next role, and worked in partnership with hundreds of organisations in securing their ideal candidates. I later transitioned into internal TA/recruitment, where I've lead teams, managed 360-degree TA functions end-to-end for large and small scale organisations, whilst developing skills and experience across HR and Career Development. After a decade of experience within these areas, I now lead TA functions with a key focus on providing a meaningful, inspiring and enjoyable employee experience, securing exceptional talent in a scalable, sustainable way.
