I lead Revenue Operations and Business Excellence for SoftwareOne NORAM, driving GTM transformation across Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, and Revenue Enablement. My focus: turning transactional vendor relationships into trusted advisor partnerships at scale. That means simplifying processes until they actually get adopted, observing real work before proposing solutions, and measuring success by behavior change rather than documentation completeness. Before SoftwareOne, I spent 15 years at Microsoft building partner enablement programs and sales excellence capabilities that reached thousands of partners globally. I started my career in the Air National Guard doing network vulnerability assessments, which taught me that the best solutions come from understanding how systems actually work, not how they're supposed to work. I believe frameworks are worthless without adoption, complexity kills execution, and customers should be the heroes of their own transformation stories.
