I consider myself as self motivated, career oriented individual with leadership and good communication skills. Having spend the last 9 years in the airline industry and 2 in the port and marine industry, I’ve work with top companies in the world, Boeing, Airbus, Emirates Airlines, DP World through which I have gained valuable experience. I am now seeking a new challenge that complements my knowledge, experience and skills and provides scope for growth and success. • Shape strategic thinking and approach to managing people. • Create, implement and lead professional HR initiatives that contribute to the effective and profitable operations for the companies. • Develop the Organizations human capital to fulfill the strategies and objectives of the company through innovative best practice HR policies, procedures and systems. • Creating healthy succession plan and clear career objectives for the future and promoting the organisation as an employer of choice. • Responsible for every other HR function which includes but is not limited to training, grievance handling, compensation and benefits planning, career planning and succession, talent management, performance appraisals etc. • Have been responsible for quality recruitments till date. • Responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures, employee handbook, safety and health guidelines and procedures. • Responsible for talent management schemes and been a key factor for retaining key employees. • Conducting exit interviews, highlighting attrition rates, suggesting and devising methods to lower it. • Set parameters for visas and meet the required standards. • Working on the manpower budgets and analysis and correction wherever required. • Conduct salary surveys as and when required. • Grievance handling for all employees. • Competency and training needs analysis, employee relations, career guidance support and development, review of policies and procedures, compensation and benefits. • Also responsible for setting up the HR departments from scratch from a point with no HR to flying schemes and a full fledged HR department for different companies for seven years. • Designing and Setting up of the Performance Management system for the company
