As Divisional Director and shareholder at Sutherland Engineer’s Specialist Façade Division, he has built the division from the ground up, delivering concept-to-completion façade solutions across Sub-Saharan Africa, from South Africa to Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Kenya, and beyond. Under his leadership, Sutherland Façades has earned industry recognition and major commissions, delivering a portfolio of iconic projects including P-grade head offices, A-grade commercial offices, mixed-use developments, and high-rise residential, hospitality, and retail projects. Sean drives a culture of innovation, occupant-centric design, and technical excellence, delivering bespoke unitised curtain wall, window wall, and rainscreen systems for the most ambitious architectural visions.
