I am a Network Implementation Project Coordinator with experience managing multi-site construction portfolios from project intake through closeout across metro and outstate markets. I oversee 27 active projects (2,430 living units) and have managed 57 projects / 3,769 units since January 2025. I have a proven record in cost control, schedule coordination, contractor management, and QA compliance, including leadership of a CWIP burn-down initiative closing $8M–$20M monthly and $704M in 2025, significantly reducing IDC. I bring strong field coordination, SiteTracker-based project management, permitting and inspection tracking, safety participation, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, construction, and municipal stakeholders. The Mass Markets (FTTH) asset was divested by Lumen and acquired by Forged Fiber 37 in February, 2026 as part of a publicly announced transaction. Forged Fiber 37 is a subsidiary company of AT&T.
