I led the commercial build out at Metaco leading to a $250M Ripple exit in 2023, driving global growth with tier-1 clients like HSBC and Citi, and earlier founded Allocated Bullion Solutions, that sought to disrupt gold trading with a platform that earned FIA Innovators 2015 and UOB FinLab 2016 accolades. My 30+ year foundation in finance—building profitable derivative businesses at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays, including pioneering Overnight Index Swap markets in the UK and across Asian markets, and boosting Barclays’ interest rate derivatives to #1 by driving the development of electronic trading—fuels my vision. Now, as Co-Founder and CCO of Supervised, I’m leveraging AI to unlock knowledge flow, cutting decision cycles from weeks to days for scale-ups, rapidly growing companies, and Fortune 500s.
As Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer, I’ve leveraged my experience scaling Metaco from zero to a $250M exit with Ripple to launch Supervised, an enterprise AI platform addressing the management ceiling that stalls growth. Our AI voice agent, Supe, automates knowledge flow, cutting decision cycles from weeks to days and expanding manager span of control from 10 to 30.

Joined Metaco in 2018 as the first commercial hire in a 10 person start up. I started as VP of Business Development and progressed to Chief Growth Officer, building the commercial business from zero to a $250M acquisition by Ripple in 2023. Led global sales, strategic alliances, and partnerships, securing tier-1 clients including HSBC, Citi, BNP Paribas, Stan Chart, DBS, and Societe Generale, while expanding operations across Europe, US, and Asia. Forged integrations with core banking providers like Avaloq and Swisscom, and positioned Metaco as the leader in digital asset custody infrastructure. Hosted "Metaco Talks," a thought leadership series interviewing 50+ industry pioneers (entrepreneurs, VCs, regulators), amplifying brand visibility and contributing to accelerated traction. This culminated in Ripple's acquisition, delivering 20x returns for early investors and validating our tech in a $10T tokenized asset market.
