The teams we set up typically deploy a pragmatic version of lean value stream maps and a mix of lean and six sigma analytics to rapidly ID constraints and improve the process flow. We focus on pre and post project metrics to promote clear deliverables during the project and to assess performance post project. We use broad, cross-functional teams in our workshops to enroll stakeholders in developing the change and we employ strength based techniques to keep it positive and really drive adoption. We work in service, manufacturing (high volume and custom job shops), small medical clinics, larger multi specialty groups and ASC's. High comfort level in working with finance, sales, marketing, engineering in typical business and all aspects of insurance eligibility, front offices (call centers, patient checkin/confirmation, patient AR collection) as well as applying lean to the practice/patient workflows
