I'm a very detailed-oriented, analytical individual with a strong functional and technical Human Resources and Payroll background. Joined the Oracle HCM Cloud Product Strategy and Development team after 18 great years with Oracle Consulting and Oracle Public Sector Pre-Sales. Have over 33 years of experience implementing HRMS systems on a variety of platforms and have been involved in full project life cycle implementations of HR, Compensation, Payroll, Self-Service Human Resources (SSHR), Time & Labor, Benefits and Recruitment applications for domestic and international companies. Have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and have led projects serving in both functional and technical roles. Enjoy developing solutions to new and interesting global and domestic business challenges, and have a very strong understanding of the development of custom localizations. Widely considered a guru in the development and deployment of Oracle Payroll (multiple localizations) and FastFormulas (Fusion and EBS). Also have considerable experience with the existing global versions (localizations) of the HRMS product family, enjoy international travel and always maintain excellent working relationships with co-workers and clients. Have led Oracle University classes for Clients, Partners and Oracle Consulting, in addition to teaching Oracle HRMS Bootcamp for new consultants.
