Working as the team lead of the Enterprise Collaboration and Mobility team, focused on server application support including applications such as Exchange Server, Office Communication Server, Lync Server, Blackberry and Windows Media server.
While working at LCR, I held a number of positons ranging from desktop support (in the early years) through network administration. I completed my MCSE in 1999 while employeed here. After working as a contractor for 6 years, I was hired as a full time employee. I remained in this position for 5 years before moving on and accepting a position with the parent company Lyondell. While working at LCR, I was responsible for: Server build Server hardening Application installation, administration and troubleshooting (Exchange, IIS, SQL, Legato, Active Directory and more) Served as sr. technical support for issues in all aspects of computing. A few major accomplishments completed while here: Member of a team that migrated Netware to NT 4. Member of a team that migrated NT 4 to Active Directory. Lead efforts/team for migrating Exchange from ver 5.5 to 2003.
