Senior Director of Industry Engagement at the University of North Florida with a strong record in establishing, maintaining and growing partnerships with corporate, non-profit and community stakeholders. Works across units, groups and silos to grow and succeed together with enthusiasm. Leads teams to execute effective recruitment strategy for employers, craft large-scale university partnerships, and educate the next generation of professionals.
Oversees all recruiting and employer engagement for UNF, including relationship management, on-campus recruiting activities, stewardship of established relationships and charting future employment growth for our students. Leads a team of higher-education professionals working with university and college leadership to establish and meet employer engagement goals. Engages with local, regional and national partners in the corporate, non-profit and community landscapes. Our team brings over a thousand employers to campus each year for recruiting events, connecting Ospreys with exceptional opportunities with invested partners.
Teaches university coursework in the fields of Business, Construction, Engineering, and Technology including Introduction to Construction Management, Engineering Co-Op, STEM Seminar, Business Internship, Computing Internship Program and Construction Senior Seminar. Uses this platform to bring students together with great partners to illuminate the possibilities with a UNF Degree.
Led the College of Computing, Engineering & Construction's Career Development Center, including all student career development and employer engagement initiatives.
