Coordinated cross-functional teams' activities to meet the overall program objectives including schedule, quality, and cost goals. Launched multiple products into production including new USB-C cables and power cables meeting updated industry standards for each global region.
Conducted in depth research of social media industry best practices and Sparks’ fans overall behavior to develop a social media marketing strategy to increase revenue through fan awareness, experience and engagement. Grew social media following by 25% over the course of 2013 season.
Developed and executed market and consumer analysis to segment car buyers to understand their vehicle preferences. Based on analysis results, recommended model changes and defined the strategic direction for the Prius c as well as potential costumers for the Mirai (Fuel cell vehicle launched in 2015).
