I have over 25 years in the automotive industry, from hybrid brake systems to autonomous vehicles, to battery systems design to full system platforms, lately I have been involved in several challenging projects, from feasibility studies for automotive systems and the business case behind them. 15 years international experience in Japan, America, and currently Germany. Responsible for Department creating the Functional and Technical Safety Concept from Hazard Analysis to Technical Safety Requirments. Creating work procedures and processes for application projects and guiding the base development teams. Managing department of 10 employees participating in teams from hardware and software devlopment and base development.
