Keen oversight of projects encompassing refuse storage facilities and waste impoundments. Strategic direction to the entire aspects of the permitting process, from field explorations to reserve studies, and to the successful design and implementation for both coal and aggregates. Provision of effectual support and oversight on mining timing, pillar design, pit modeling, spoil storage, roof support planning, and sediment basin design initiatives. Active participation in various M&A and cost modeling projects for the mining industry. Close coordination with contractors ensure completion of design in a timely and cost-effective manner. Formulation of designs for several programs to operate inside AutoCAD; and took part in the writing of an iPad application to quickly view designs and projects in the field.
