In my current position I work for John Deere and am responsible for agricultural products in German market (product management). As a BTechnol-student I graduated as a “Bachelor of Technology” in Agriculture from S.A.C. Auchincruive. My main areas of development were in arable and machinery with a dissertation in the Viability of GPS Systems. I was fortunate to have been awarded an internship with Ohio State University where I spent 10 months developing my harvesting equipment understanding with a custom harvester in the USA. My professional experiences since then have developed a solid understanding of various aspects of the industry at different levels. This has led to a solid understanding of the many factors and influences that can impact businesses at various levels of the supply chain. Agriculture and machinery are my strongest interests as I grew up on a farm. I enjoy working with colleagues, dealers and customers. When not working I compete in National level competitions in canopy piloting and play classical violin music.
Working closely with Territory teams across the north UK we work to develop the dealer network in to successful businesses. I am also involved with product sales training at a European level, as well as the tactical marketing contact for any combine related material and requests.
