Founder - Whole Child Athletics | Keynote Speaker |Designing and Leading Youth Sports as a Whole Child Development System That Increases Access, Participation, and Improves Student Outcomes

Tacoma, Washington, United States

About

I work with school districts, parks and recreation departments, and youth-serving organizations to build scalable whole-child youth sports ecosystems that increase participation, improve student outcomes, and expand access for all students. Through the design of integrated operating systems, policies, and program frameworks, I help organizations create predictable, replicable, and sustainable pathways for whole-child development through sport. These systems are intentionally designed to support the physical, social, emotional, and mental well-being of young people while ensuring that opportunities are accessible to every student, not just “elite” athletes. The result is a sustainable youth sports system that uses athletics as a vehicle for developing healthier, more connected, and more resilient young people while creating measurable outcomes for students, families, schools, and communities.
