I have been in warehousing for over 24 years, with 23 of them being in a supervisory/manager role. I am highly motivated and ambitious with focuses on safety, cost savings initiatives, process improvement, and Lean Management/ 5s philosophy. I have an extensive background in inventory management, all aspects of shipping and receiving, labor standard implementation, scorecard and labor management, as well as local delivery truck fleet management. I am an OSHA certified trainer in mobile equipment including counterbalance forklift, rough terrain telehandler, aerial work platform, and aerial boomlift. (See Certification below)
