As a Proposal Manager I coordinated and prepared sales bids for the servicing of offshore wind turbines. This required me to coordinate and distill information from multiple sources into a bid that matches internal and external expectations. Given the high value and long maturity of service contracts, my skills in statistical risk analysis and a high attention to detail were invaluable. In addition to my primary tasks, I have also worked on the development of new service products, improved weather modeling tools and the composition and negotiation of new contract schedules.

My successful implementation of this project led to the opportunity of developing an integrated reporting system for nacelle and tower manufacturing. I also ran a number of root cause initiatives with the aim of improving product quality. These experiences have improved my knowledge of quality systems and further developed my analytical skills. In my final rotation, I coordinated the preparation activities for ISO 9001 accreditation at the Lingang nacelle factory in China. This resulted in successful ISO 9001 accreditation.
