I am a business litigator. I help clients resolve, and often prevent, business disputes. Most of my clients are businesses ranging from small start ups to public corporations. I also assist individuals with their business related disputes. In more than 35 years, I have handled numerous trials and arbitrations in Massachusetts and throughout the United States. My clients have included computer hardware manufacturers, software developers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, investment firms (including asset managers, and venture capital and private equity funds). I have helped successfully resolve cases involving breach of contract, corporate control disputes, business torts, breach of fiduciary duty, earn-out disputes, among many others.
