Areas of responsibility: - Assisting the CEO in leading the organisation, including participation in strategy development and serving the Board of Directors, facilitating knowledge sharing, establishing and running interdisciplinary teams and branding the association. - Heading various teams, including staff responsibility - Secretary for the jury of “HRH Crown Prince Frederik International Business Awards” - Event and project management: Conferences, seminars, networking meetings, webinars and virtual events - HR responsible: coordinating all HR issues, including recruiting, onboarding, training, employees’ work satisfaction etc. for the whole organisation - Experienced moderator & presenter Previous tasks: - Managing and developing the Association's "Export Academy”, which offers webinars, seminars, conferences and educations. Competencies and areas of responsibility: Matchmaking for European companies and research institutions. Tools: company visits, speeddating, database profiles, marketing and presentations. Cooperating with Danish and international organisations and the European Commission.
Project Manager Confex Deutschland / Confex Danmark A/S Company profile: Confex develops, sells and conducts courses and conferences for the private and public sector. The Danish branch is now closed. Competencies and areas of responsibility: Project management of approx. 40 courses and conferences. Responsible for introducing the company to the German market.
