With > 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I specialize in leading the manufacturing of Drug Products, including Sterile Injectables and Oral Solid Dosage forms. My expertise spans both internal and external manufacturing, with a track record in optimizing contract manufacturing partnerships and overseeing greenfield facility ramp-ups. I excel in leading teams—both on the shop floor and in cross-functional, matrix and virtual settings—where I drive productivity, enhance process efficiency and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Whether managing high-stakes projects or navigating complex supply chain challenges, I am known for my ability to deliver results through strategic, solution-oriented thinking and decisive action. After leaving Pfizer in December 2024, I have remained active by launching a small seasonal ramen pop-up in Oberägeri now developed into a permanent establishment. A hands-on initiative that has sharpened my skills in navigating regulatory requirements, managing stakeholders, coordinating suppliers and overseeing branding and operational set-up.
