As Global CISO at FrieslandCampina, I oversee digital safety and cybersecurity across 33 countries for a €13B multinational with 21,000 colleagues. My work spans strategy, governance, risk and resilience, but also the cultural and behavioural conditions that allow people to work, decide, and innovate with confidence. Alongside my CISO role, I support organisations through Transformative Trust™, a framework and keynote approach that connects story, behaviour and leadership.
