The Strategic Communications and Engagement Unit supports the programme’s objectives through clear and consistent communications, strategic stakeholder engagement and capacity-building. We build and sustain networks, strengthen internal and external capacities through learning and practical assistance, and contribute to strategic dialogue with institutional and policy actors. In doing so, we enhance trust in and effectiveness of the programme and supports its coherent long-term positioning.
In addition to my previous role at Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE: • Coordinating public policy activities and stakeholder engagement processes • Co-developing the new Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Programmes 2021-27 and 2028-34 • Managing advocacy campaigns, amongst other to secure public funding for cooperation (#InterregTalks) and the continuation of Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE (#cooperationiscentral) • Driving forward process transformation and digitisation, including the introduction of the first fully digital community for transnational project partner search across Interreg programmes.
• Leading the communications and capacity-building team • Developing and implementing omnichannel strategies and annual work plans incl. budget • Co-founder of transnational initiative to harmonise the "Interreg" brand across Europe, incl. programme brand extension to funded projects • Designing onsite and digital training measures to build capacities of programme stakeholders • Speaking for the programme and facilitates panel discussions, workshops, meetings and events • Coordinating the programme's national contact point network across nine countries • Developing and monitoring communications KPIs and advising on programme evaluations • Initiated and contributed to a revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
