In my current role as Line Manager Distributed Database services I am responsible for the management of 24 resources for several clients as well as leading, motivating and further developing a set team. Currently building a team to support MarkLogic (Enterprise NoSQL database) and Oracle Exadata. Line Manager Middleware & Database services in Luxembourg Manage currently 65 resources in different competencies for several clients in Luxembourg I work with my Teams with high focus regarding Automation which ensure efficient handling of repetitive work, expert focus on clients and complex tasks and transformation to Agile and DevOps Culture. I manage currently projects with Oracle Exadata, Marklogic NoSQL and using Docker / Kubernetes to containerize our clients applications. We are using tools like Ansible, Sysdig to automate, secure and monitor microservices.
