About

I am a postdoctoral researcher in entrepreneurship studying how entrepreneurs and organizations imagine and enact futures. My research connects entrepreneurship, organization studies, design science, and qualitative methods. I study entrepreneurship across contexts such as internal corporate venturing, entrepreneurship in times of crises, and entrepreneurship in human-nature contexts. A central theme in my work is the link between descriptive and prescriptive knowledge: I explain entrepreneurial processes and develop tools and design principles that help entrepreneurs enact more desirable futures.
