As the founder of Redmoor Health, I have built and scaled a business that has secured investor funding and attracted significant interest from multiple private equity vendors. Redmoor has grown into a market leader in digital transformation for primary care, social care and the wider NHS, helping organisations harness technology to improve patient outcomes, enhance workforce efficiency, and drive sustainable change. With a strong background in digital strategy, communications and health technology adoption, I have led large-scale programmes that have transformed how health and care providers engage with patients and staff. My expertise spans digital training, workforce development and service redesign, supporting the NHS and social care sectors to integrate innovative digital solutions. Under my leadership, Redmoor Health successfully delivered nationwide programmes in online consultations, telehealth, social media engagement and digital workforce development. Our work enabled primary care networks, ICBs and public health teams to leverage digital tools effectively, reducing pressures on frontline services while improving access to care. I am passionate about driving culture change within organisations, ensuring that digital transformation is not just about technology but also about empowering people, building digital confidence, and improving service delivery. With Redmoorβs continued growth and investment, I remain focused on expanding our impact, working closely with healthcare leaders, commissioners and investors to shape the future of digital health in the UK.
I am currently a founder and director at Redmoor Health - a digital agency that supports the implementation of technology across health and social care. In this role I am also a digital advisor to the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network's Long term Conditions Network which involves digital support and advice to a range of long term conditions programmes as well as developing the network across the West Midlands. The types of work include developing the use of Skype in primary care, creating patient centred online communities and supporting the creation of 'digital practices' across the region.
We provide digital upskilling programmes for long term conditions patients and health and care professionals. Through our national Primary Care digital exemplar programme we support commissioners and front line primary care teams deploy a range of digital soltions such as online consultation, social media, apps and video consultation.
We provide unique journalistic learning experiences for primary and secondary school children. Our team of qualified journalists develop journalistic skills in the classroom before tasking the children with health related challenges.
I am project managing a programme of investment in technology and training across primary Care in Lancashire and South Cumbria. The aim of the programme is to increase patient uptake of online services as well as building capacity and knowledge across primary Care of technology enabled care.
