      Member of a Technology Hardware and Infrastructure support team at a Managed Services Provider and custom software development company. As of February 2018 I was also given co-management responsibility of the hardware team with two direct reports in addition to the responsibilities below. Edit: After a company restructuring I no longer have any direct reports but still have supervisory responsibilities for the entire team. Primary responsibilities include providing server, computer and network support and maintenance internally to the organization, as well as clients. Additional duties include project implementation internally as well as to clients. Recommendations and consulting to clients regarding their infrastructure as well as client business initiatives that involve IT resources. As a senior team member I also mentor and help our junior members grow further in their knowledge and roles. We work as the sole IT department for some organizations, and seamlessly integrate as an extension to others that have internal IT staff or departments, assisting them and augmenting them as need be.

Completed projects (not comprehensive): --Outsourcing of low level end user tickets, and consolidating IT ticket creation and end user contact into one single point of contact in order to allow better end user support, and allow internal resources to focus on strategic initiatives --Closing of one location and opening a new one with migration of users from closed site and a subset of users from another site to the new location --Migration of cell phones from one carrier to another across the US --Implementation of ticketing system for end user support --Migration from one ticketing system to global ticketing system of parent Global company --Implemented network monitoring of vital North American Infrastructure --Implemented SNMP and netflow monitoring of all network traffic across our MPLS WAN.
