As the Lead Engineer for the Atlas Dedicated Team at MongoDB, I led a team of world-class engineers in building and maintaining the control plane system that manages fleets of MongoDB clusters for customers on all three major cloud providers. We were instrumental in developing advanced features that helped the top 1% of our customers to scale their businesses and succeed in today's highly competitive landscape
As the first Cloud Security Engineer at MongoDB, I was responsible for building and implementing security-focused projects that helped to protect our customers' valuable data. I played a key role in developing shorter 90-day certificate rotation for all MongoDB clusters in the cloud using ACME protocol, ensuring the highest level of security for our customers' data.In addition, I was instrumental in building the encryption and secret management infrastructure for MongoDB's cloud platform. Lastly, I was responsible for implementing X509 and IAM authentication for MongoDB's free tiers, enabling our customers to access MongoDB using modern authentications.
As part of Security Engineering Team, our team is responsible for Identity and Access Management Across Bloomberg. I worked on implementing SSO solutions using modern authentication/authorization protocols like SAML2, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
