👫 I support public administration in helping citizens more effectively—at a time when ecological, social, and technological changes pose major challenges. As an organizational consultant, I help public authorities navigate this transformation on a structural, cultural, and individual level. 🎓 As Program Director and Professor of Business Administration at HAW Hamburg, I bring this experience into the training of the next generation of civil servants. During my doctorate, I focused on failed projects. How do some organizations manage to move from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm?
