Hello there, I am a lifelong learner and have been working in the HVAC&R world for over 15 years, in both academic research and industry sectors. I'm on a mission to make a net-positive impact as a leader in HVAC&R industry and drive sustainable transformation to enable the business to do well by doing good for all its stakeholders. Business is a team sport and I am committed to do whatever I can to continuously elevate the collective performance and drive a culture based on trust and empowerment. I am passionate about uniting and leading diverse individuals and teams toward achieving common goals and serving a greater purpose.
