Reporting to the VP Desoutter, I am responsible for leading a global business (70 M€) & a global team (80 FTE) from a sales, marketing, operational & financial perspective. The Desoutter global project team supplies tailored high quality tightening solutions for the industry all over the world. Achievements: - grew sales by 20% in 2021 - maintained profitability during the Covid Crisis in 2020 & 2021 - led an organizational change towards lean management & customer centricity - implemented a continuous improvement mindset - developped marketing strategies & created an innovation roadmap
Member of the executive committee, I have led the strategy and marketing activities for the European business unit Achievements: - led market studies - defined the strategic growth plan & business plan - defined & implemented the first organizational changes - reshaped the company's value proposition
Main tasks: - Responsible for all bids & proposals for European Customers; turnkey projects & turnovers from 1 M€ to 60 M€ - Manage the bidding team (3 permanent members & up to 15 people) & report at CEO level Achievements: - Creation of a permanent bidding team & processes to improve the capability of Ascent Integration to make bids & win projects - Several won projects for a total of 20 M€+ - Increasing significantly the number of bids & developing new opportunities (7 new customers) - Strengthening collaboration with US group entities by leading major bids 60 M€+ at group level
Within the industrialization of A350 PreFAL assembly lines, as a Tier 1 supplier for Airbus Saint-Nazaire & Hamburg: Main tasks: - Led three major A350 industrialization projects for a total of 20 M€+ as a tier 1 supplier of Airbus in France and Germany. Achievements: - projects awards - respect of QCD objectives and operational margin - smooth start of production & ramp-up of v900 & v1000 versions of A350
Industrialization of new assembly lines in France, Morocco & Turkey: - Definition of key performance (cycle time, availability …) & optimization of assembly lines during design phase.
