Clinical Psychologist & Supervisor | Researcher | Corporate Training Consultant I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with expertise in supporting mental health across diverse populations. Currently, I work within a Mental Health Support Team (MHST), providing clinical supervision and supporting the mental wellbeing of children and young people. I also work with adults with learning disabilities, delivering person-centred direct and indirect care. My academic background includes research at the intersection of eating behaviours and neurodevelopmental conditions. My most recent work explores how families navigate the UK healthcare system, contributing to a deeper understanding of systemic challenges and opportunities for improvement. In addition, I am a freelance corporate training consultant, designing and delivering impactful workshops on unconscious bias, cultural competency, and workplace wellbeing. I also curate transformative spaces for reflection and connection. I am open to contact for paid opportunities, including freelance contracting, consultancy, and collaborations.
Remote associate psychologist working with corporate clients offering psychological assessment and treatment.
I offer 1:1 therapy and reflective practice in a relational, compassionate space that meets clients where they are. My approach is rooted in collaboration and curiosity, drawing flexibly on models such as CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, systemic ideas, and psychodynamic thinking. At the heart of my work is a desire to witness, not fix, and to co-create spaces where clients can explore the stories, patterns, and emotions shaping their lives. Together, we reflect on identity, relationships, and the layers of lived experience that may be ready to be seen. I specialise in working with clients navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, burnout, feeding challenges in parenthood, questions of race and belonging, or the hidden pressures of academic and professional life. My practice is inclusive, queer-affirming, sex-positive, and grounded in a social justice lens. Where it feels supportive, I incorporate creative approaches, including image-based reflective practice, visual mapping, and writing, to help surface unconscious material and reconnect with values and inner clarity.
