Description: - In charge of eight automation engineers and twenty-four PLCs with more than a hundred robots. - Being in charge directly of three PLC with eighteen Robots, offline programming, commissioning, automatic set up, standardization, checklist review, functional tests. - Training of three junior programmers for the project. - Work coordination and offline programming, commissioning, function tests, performance tests, standardization compliance, checklist, production, modifications. - Attending meetings with VW and PTA to follow up the advances, problems, and solutions in the stations. - Parameterization and commissioning of equipment such as SICK scanners, Albany curtains, SEW equipment, movipro and movifit, RFID SICK, Festo air modules, SIEMENS equipment: PLC, couplers, scalance, KP8, IM with input and output modules, Standard and safety. Achievement: - To have all the activities ready before of the deadlines. - To reach 100% standard and safety quality many weeks before SOP. - To generate many extra costs to the company, most of them were approved.

Achievement: - Being in charge of the PLC programming department and project management on Audi Q5 project. - Get the Audi Phoenix Contact PLC programming certification on standard VASS. - Get the Volkswagen Siemens PLC programming certification on standard VASS.
Description: - In charge of buy off on Jetta GP and Golf A7 projects made by subcontractors. - Programming and parameterization of: SICK, Festo, Siemens, Allen Bradley and more devices. Electrical diagrams validation (E-plan) from each installation. - Profinet networks validation. - Managing, checking and validating of all the replacement part of the storehouse to guarantee that they were ready to use on the line. - Support during production failures, critical failures analysis and cycle time optimization in production lines. - Technical staff coordination and training, training in automatization topics, failures solutions, electronic devices parameterization and PLC programming. - Creation and tracking of purchase orders through K-SRM. Achievement: Development of software to detect faults on the line during production, reducing the diagnostic time of faults, It was accepted as an Ideas by Volkswagen de México, for that Idea I received an award.
Software development (EDI System) based on web applications, using programming languages PHP, JavaScript, and SQL, useful for management and visualize projects for the Planning and Maintenance of Electronic Systems and Automation department. Achievement: The system was so useful that Volkswagen decided to apply this software to all the departments under Controls and planning Management.
